If only Twitterrific would behave either like a widget OR like a proper Mac OS application. Kinda bothers me a menubar button that behaves like a button too.

why does twitterrific get special treatment on the update pages? "14 minutes ago from twitterrific", complete with a link to the software, whereas other twitter clients just say "from web".

We put in some custom code for Twittervision when it was one of the first big users of our API to post from the desktop. We will be opening the ability for all api apps to declare who they are for the all the world to see soon!
regarding twitterrific, would it help to have some mechanism to logout existing sessions if the user logs in from a new machine?
seems like people are logging in from multiple sites and hitting it every minute which is the default setting
