Crystal: support superhero!

I was proud and happy to wake up to the following email:

Good Day Jack,

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank one of your employees, who has been helping me with a serial problem over the last few weeks. Her name is Crystal and she has given exemplary service in my opinion.

We had someone who had set up a couple of sites using twitter and was using them to spread false information. At first this was almost funny, but later became more serious. As soon as I pointed out that this person had overstepped the line, the sites were frozen in accordance with your terms and conditions.

I am pleased to find somewhere on the Internet that I could recommend to anyone knowing that abuse will not be tolerated, and where the staff are so efficient and helpful.
