There’s no time like showtime, and Sunday’s American Music Awards (AMAs) will be packed with live performances from the hottest acts.

Like Twitter, the AMAs embody an eclectic range of music genres and communities. This year’s awards categories mirror some of the most-followed music genres on Twitter: pop, hip-hop and R&B, rock, country. As musical stars make their way to the heart of downtown L.A. on Sunday, you can follow all of the pre-show buzz on Twitter.



@PeopleMag will be on the red carpet with your favorite artists, sharing their shiny Vine videos from the night in real-time stop-motion.

That’s not all. In partnership with Samsung and Dick Clark Productions, you’ll see exclusive Twitter mirror selfies personally signed by the celebs with their own custom notes. The mirrors are hosted by @TheAMAs in the Gold Room, where performers hang out before going on stage, and by @YahooMusic, which is hosting the mirrors backstage.
