Twitter developer events: December 2014

Wednesday, 3 December 2014

Our Developer and Platform Relations (DPR) Team is speaking at a few final events as we wrap up 2014. The past 12 months have been amazing, and we have even more exciting events planned for 2015. You can track our travels through our events page as well as @TwitterDev.

APIDays (Paris, France): Dec. 2-3, 2014
Romain Huet is the keynote presenter on day two at APIDays where he’ll be speaking about “Weaving the Best Mobile Apps With Fabric.” Romain will be available to answer all your questions about Fabric, Twitter’s mobile SDK used to build the best apps. As part of APIDays, TwitterDev is also partnering with SpeedHack for a “hackathon on steroids” that has a short three-hour time limit! Come build with us and get creative with Fabric. We’ll unveil the hack challenge at the event.

TwitterDev Meetup (Sao Paulo, Brazil): Dec. 10, 2014
Join us Dec. 10 for our first ever meetup in the new Twitter Sao Paulo office. The evening will be filled with presentations, good food, drinks and a room full of interesting people. Luis Cipriani, our local developer advocate will co-present with Arielle Shwartz on the Twitter API and data. Bear Douglas, our mobile advocate, will tell you all about the newly launched Fabric SDK, and we will wrap things up with a guest presentation by the team at Globoesporte.

PHP Hampshire (Portsmouth, UK): Dec. 10, 2014
Our developer advocate Andy Piper is speaking at this Dec. 10 meetup in the UK. Come hear Andy talk about how Twitter data connects to the pulse of the planet and learn how to take advantage of the platform through Twitter APIs. Don’t miss it!

Is there an event the Twitter DPR team should be at in 2015?

If so, please contact Katie Penn or Lauren Schutte with the details of your event. We look forward to hearing back from you.
