Introducing an easier way to manage and report on Twitter Ads campaigns

Friday, 29 July 2016

We’ve been hard at work on a new Twitter Ads Manager that we’ll be rolling out to all advertisers globally in a public beta over the coming months. This new tool provides a central workspace to plan, manage, and report on campaigns. Now you can easily view and optimize performance at multiple levels – campaigns, ad groups, or promoted Tweets and other ads.

Customers using our limited beta release are finding it faster to access data and understand opportunities to improve results.

Due to the improved flexibility and customization in Ads Manager, it’s been a lot easier for our team to turn campaign data into meaningful and actionable insights for our customers. Twitter is thinking about our needs as marketers and we’re excited to see more changes like this in the future.

New features to more easily view performance

We’ll be adding new features in ads manager over the next couple of months. One of the features we think you’ll find most useful is custom filtering which enhances control of your dashboard view.

Use custom filters to more quickly find your campaigns, ad groups, or even ads. Everyone who has access to your ad account can save filters for their own use.

If that’s not enough, we’ve added custom metrics to help you more easily monitor metrics that matter most to you. Through custom metrics, you can create multiple presets to quickly view different reports in the dashboard.

Once you’ve customized Ads Manager, the export will match the columns and rows you see in the dashboard, so you can spend less time building reports. This means you can export only the data you need.

Stay tuned, as we’re continuing to add new functionality that will help you save time and run more successful campaigns with Twitter Ads.

Get started

This week we’ve begun expanding Twitter Ads Manager beta access to more advertisers globally. Once you have access, you’ll notice that Ads Manager will appear as your default campaign dashboard. This will not impact the delivery, spend, or performance of your existing ads, and you can return to your previous dashboard at any time. Please visit our help center to learn more or reach out to your Twitter rep for early access.
