#Promote Ads API challenge

Monday, 11 April 2016

We’re excited to announce the #Promote Ads API Challenge,* our investment in the advertising technology ecosystem. #Promote is a great opportunity for the developer community to build the best marketing tools using the Twitter Ads API. We’re dedicating resources to promote the winning solutions via Twitter ads (a total value of $500,000), and $250,000 cash to the grand prize winner!* We believe that developers represent an extension of our own teams and have the ability to innovate even faster than we could ourselves. This program is aimed at recognizing that mission, putting Twitter in a position to support our developer ecosystem to build the best marketing tools in the industry!

How does #Promote work?

Any developer, partner or agency interested in building the next great marketing solution for Twitter can apply for #Promote.* Once you apply, we will pair any interested applicant with a Twitter advisor who can provide guidance during the competition.

All final submissions are due by Aug. 31, 2016. By Sept. 9, we’ll select four regional finalists from the eligible countries that have built marketing tools using the Twitter Ads API and meet the eligible judging criteria. We’ll be dedicating resources to promote each winning regional finalists via Twitter ads (a total value of $125,000 per regional finalist). The four regional finalists will each present a demo of their tools to a panel of judges from Twitter who will select one grand prize winner who will be awarded $250,000 in cash!*

We couldn’t be more excited to see what you’ll build and the tools you’re going to put into the hands of our advertisers! If you’re ready to start or would like to learn more, visit twitterawards.com/promote.
