We’ve really enjoyed getting out and meeting so many developers who are building creative and innovative solutions on the Twitter platform. Our next Developer Teatime stops will be in Chicago, Seattle and Los Angeles in early November. Links to registration are below, along with dates, locations, and other pertinent details:
Chicago: November 7th from 6pm to 9pm
Seattle: November 9th from 6pm to 9pm
Los Angeles: November 10th from 6pm to 9pm
A big thanks to all of the fantastic folks who helped sponsor and put these events together: Colin Henry and Damon Cortesi from Simply Measured, Red Russak, Justyn Howard and Rachael Klemanski from SproutSocial, Adam Lilling from Launchpad LA, Mark Suster from GRP Partners, and CyberCoders.
Several developers who attended our recent Teatimes in London and New York told us that they’d like to organize their own Twitter developer meetups in other cities around the world. So we’re piloting a scalable program with a few cities: Montréal, Kuala Lumpur, and Washington DC. If you’re a developer in one of those cities, sign up at the link below.
These gatherings are entirely community driven, and organized by some great folks in the ecosystem. A developer advocate from Twitter will dial in to answer questions from the audience during the course of each meetup. We’re testing this model out, and hope to make a broader announcement around the program soon. Stay tuned for details.
