The #NRLFinals are here! Whoever wins, it promises to be an epic series and there’s no better place to watch all the drama, big-hits and breath-taking tries unfold than on Twitter.

It has certainly been a memorable season and a tense last few rounds, and now it all comes down to the next four weeks. Eight teams are left, but who will be crowned Premiers?

Will it be the table-topping, defending champs – the @SydneyRoosters?

Not if the @SeaEagles have anything to do with it. They’ll be hard to beat given they’re seeking redemption after losing last year’s decider. You can never dismiss the mighty Rabbitohs (@SSFCRABBITOHS) who are looking to hop to their first Premiership since 1971, or the boys from down south, the always-dangerous Melbourne @Storm.

Or could it even be a bolter from the blue?

While the feeling of being at @ANZStadium with 100,000 fans is hard to beat, Twitter provides the ultimate access all-areas pass for NRL fans watching from the comfort of their couch, the pub or at a BBQ. Fans take to Twitter to celebrate every try, give it to the ref or shout-out to the heroes that led their team to glory.

The best place to begin your #NRLFinals campaign is by following the official @NRL account.

They provide the best in-game Twitter coverage, including photos, scores, stats and live commentary.

The digital team running @NRL also love a beard, and who doesn’t? How’s your #NRLFinals beard coming along? Willing to grow one all the way to the Grand Final?

All eight teams in the #NRLFinals are use Twitter to bring fans closer to the action. The team accounts provide exclusive access to the inner sanctum, insights from players and coaches and, as to be expected, slightly less-than-impartial match commentary.
