It’s finally here: the long wait is over for @AFL fans all around the country as the 2015 season kicks-off with a blockbuster round of Easter long-weekend matches, and the best seats outside of the stadium are on Twitter.

While nothing beats being at the game sharing the footy thrills and atmosphere with your friends, family and fellow fans, the next best place to recreate the match day experience is on Twitter.

Whether it’s live scores, breaking news, behind-the-scenes access, insights from your favourite players, exclusive videos, stats or fantasy football updates you’re after, Twitter is the ideal footy partner to make sure you don’t miss a thing about the game you love.

As the players and clubs fine tuned their preparations for the new season, the @AFL have been treating fans to Tweets of instant video replays and GIFs throughout the #NABChallenge, and they will continue to ensure fans see can experience the biggest moments from every game within seconds on Twitter:
