The @AustralianOpen is back in town

It’s the start of the tennis Grand Slam season with four of the biggest events on the global sporting calendar. And first up is the @AustralianOpen, where fans can get up close and personal on Twitter with some of the best athletes in the world.

With the game’s elite competing in Australia for two weeks of sumptuous sport, the #AusOpen always puts on a treat for tennis fans around the world.

This year, the Social Shack will feature a Twitter vending machine. Each day you’ll be able to grab @AustralianOpen and @TwitterAU swag simply by sending a Tweet.

It’s the first time this has been used at a major Australian event, so don’t miss out. You never know what you’ll take home thanks to a single Tweet.

The @AustralianOpen team also introduced a series of #AOselfie stations around Melbourne Park in 2015. These are great spots to take winning photos you can share via Twitter and make your friends jealous of your day at the first Grand Slam of the year.
