To mark the release of his upcoming album, former Beatle and legendary musician Paul McCartney (@paulmccartney) took part in his first-ever live Twitter Q&A, responding to questions from fans around the world.
According to Topsy Pro, there have been more than 28,000 Tweets with the #AskMacca hashtag today, outpacing the 12,000 we saw with #AskBeckham on the day of David Beckham’s Twitter Q&A in February.
McCartney tweeted about his forthcoming album release, the songwriting process, his favourite guitar strings and most recent album purchases:
Cheers @JacksonBeatles The last albums I bought were by @kanyewest @The_National @thecivilwars and @s_c_ (Jay Z) #askMacca
