Twitter is the best place to see what's happening in the world of Bollywood entertainment. Recently, Twitter announced an in-stream video sponsorship with Motorola (@MotorolaIndia) to bring customized content from Yash Raj Films (@YRF) to the Bollywood fans on the platform. @YRF is the first movie studio in India to monetise their trailer content on Twitter.

As an in-stream video content partner, YRF unveiled short video highlights of Bollywood movie #TigerZindaHai featuring superstar Salman Khan (@BeingSalmanKhan) on Twitter. In relation, Motorola created custom pre-roll ads with contextual messaging to promote against the trailer, reaching Bollywood fans across India and the world.

Twitter’s in-stream video sponsorship solution enables publishers to monetize video content while making it easy for advertisers to reach engaged audiences and sponsor exclusive content. Twitter plays a key role in facilitating both content creators and brands to capture the excitement from broadcast and distribute it to fans and audiences across the platform, far beyond their existing followers.

We are thrilled to partner with Twitter and YRF to engage Bollywood fans around the world. Motorola has been able to effectively drive both reach as well and relevancy via contextual messaging with the collaboration. This partnership has helped us reach out to extended audiences and strengthen the connection between Motorola and movie fans.
