Use the hashtag #BestDressed and include the names of the celebs you think are owning the red carpet. Both @NinaGarcia and Tim Gunn will be talking about your Tweets during the Oscars Red Carpet Live show on ABC. They’ll give updates about who viewers think are best dressed throughout the pre-show broadcast.
