“Homeland” fans: Tweet to see an exclusive clip

The U.S. fall television season is in full swing, with highly anticipated returning shows premiering throughout September and October. One of the most exciting premieres will be the return of “Homeland” (@SHO_Homeland) on Sunday, Oct. 5 with two back-to-back episodes starting at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Showtime.

As anticipation builds to see what’s next for Carrie, Saul, Quinn and the others, Showtime (@SHO_Network) is working with Twitter to release an exclusive scene from the first episode of the new season in a Tweet.

And just like the plot of “Homeland,” there’s a twist: to “unlock” the exclusive clip, fans will have to Tweet to @SHO_Homeland and include the hashtag #HomelandIntel in their Tweet. Users who Tweet using the hashtag and handle will then get a response Tweet once the content has been unlocked.
