On May 17, Taylor Swift premiered her star-studded #BadBloodMusicVideo at the Billboard Music Awards. To cap the long-running “Bad Blood” Twitter campaign, Tweets with #BadBloodMusicVideo during the #BBMAs featured a band-aid with a bullethole “hashflag” – a custom emoji that lived exclusively on Twitter for 24 hours. Despite its Sunday debut (giving it only a day to make chart waves), buzz propelled the track to #3 on the Top Popular chart.

Welcome back to the charts, @RynWeaver! Thanks to a new music video premiere and a wave of plays on alternative radio, “Octahate” came back strong to land at #2 on the Top Emerging tracks. The debut single from Ryn’s album “The Fool” is produced by Benny Blanco, Cashmere Cat, Passion Pit’s Michael Angelakos and Charli XCX. Celebrities including Hayley Williams from Paramore showed support for the track on Twitter.
