#TwitterForGood Day around the world

By
Thursday, 22 December 2016

Twitter has always sought to encourage a culture of volunteering and public service among its employees. The public nature of the platform, and the innumerable ways in which it’s harnessed for good, motivates employees to lend their talents to initiatives large and small across the world. Previously, this culture was celebrated on a biannual basis with #FridayForGood. Now, because of the perennial character of our volunteering culture, we’re calling these days of service #TwitterForGood Days. Just as before, our teams across the globe offer their time and skills to causes and campaigns in their local area. The customs and needs of the local community are foremost in our consideration as we endeavor to put down meaningful roots wherever we have an office. Read on to see some highlights from our recent series of #TwitterForGood Days.
