As the Cleveland @Cavs and Golden St. @Warriors begin their quest for an @NBA championship tonight, hoops fans around the world can connect to all the #NBAFinals news on and off the court in real time on Twitter too.

NBA Finals Timeline

In partnership with the @NBA, we’ve created the NBA Finals Timeline, your one stop for #NBAFinals related Tweets, commentary and expert analysis, plus exclusive video and Vines from the NBA, the @Cavs and @Warriors. Look out for real-time video highlights shortly after big moments, too – and it will also feature live scores during the games airing on ABC. The Timeline will be available starting Thursday, June 4.

The NBA is the first U.S. major sports league to partner with Twitter on a Timeline experience. The timeline is the perfect complement to watching the game live on TV.

We’re testing the NBA Finals Timeline with the majority of users on our iOS and Android mobile apps. NBA fans can search for #NBA or #NBAFinals on mobile to join the timeline experience and get even closer to the league, teams, players, fans and analysts.
